We had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch - they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We loved the sitting area and the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The hotel offered excellent services such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry, which made our stay even more convenient. The free toiletries and electric kettle in the room were a nice touch. we were impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.

The hotel had a good location near a golf course and a notable landmark. The antique-style of the room was also a plus, with plenty of space to stretch out. Additionally, the TV had a variety of streaming services to choose from.

The staff's hospitality and communication skills left much to be desired. They were unhelpful and impolite, making it difficult to ask for travel info or discuss any concerns that arose. The bathroom facilities were also less than ideal, with combined shower and bathtub areas leading to water splashing everywhere. The lack of soundproofing was also a problem, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. my Christmas stay wasn't the festive and relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Although breakfast is not exceptional, it is still good enough to start your day on a high note.
